Neuro-Psychology
Section
(Under future expansion programme)
An instrument named Perceptron has been designed and built by the
section in order to understand the effect of yoga practices on the basis of
principles of neuropsychology like human information processing and signal
detection theory.
It is proposed to acquire computerized brain tomography for topographical
mapping of evoked electrical potentials of the brain. This instrument will record
the event related potentials and also Fast Fourier Transform mapping (FFTmapping)
during yoga practices.
