ADMISSION PROCEDURE

• Admission in the general class is available on any working day.

• A medical consultation with the doctor at Kaivalyadhama, is mandatory, prior to being admitted.

• For the medical Yoga consultation with the doctor, one should get appointment fixed beforehand.

• The medical fee is to be paid at the time of getting the appointment fixed.

• In case of postponement or cancellation of already fixed appointment, one has to pay again for the new apointment.

 WORKING HOURS OF THE HEALTH CENTRE

                The Health Centre remains closed on SUNDAYS & on some HOLIDAYS, an advance notice of which is   displayed on the notice board from time to time

DAILY PRACTICE TIME REQUIRED	40 to 45 minutes in the above period

Yoga Teachers are available during the above timings. Members are requested to finish their daily practice not later than half an hour after the closing time NOTE: TO ATTAIN THE BEST RESULTS, IT IS NECCESSARY TO ATTEND YOGA CLASSES FOR ATLEAST THREE MONTHS

DRESS REQUIRED

FOR MEN	Short Pant or Pajama, Track Suit, T-Shirt or Banyan, Body length Towel and Napkin.
FOR WOMEN	Punjabi Dress or Track Suit, Body length Towel and Napkin.
